Grant Creative Cuisine, a UK manufacturer of premium sous vide equipment for both the home and professional chef, are proud to be endorsed by world renowned chef Jean-Luc Rabanel, owner of the two Michelin starred L’Atelier in Arles, France.
Professional chef since 1995, Jean-Luc Rabanel develops his restaurants around the concept of “emotional cuisine”, where he hopes his food takes guests on a voyage of pleasure, surprise, nostalgia and memory.
Jean-Luc Rabanel obtained his first Michelin star in 1999 at the first restaurant he opened in Tonneins in 1995. L’Atelier received the coveted Michelin star in 2007 and a second one since 2009. Jean-Luc has also been awarded “Creator of the year” and “Chef of the Year” in 2008 by the Gault and Millau Guide. The same year, Jean-Luc also opened his Bistro, À Côté”, still in Arles.
Jean-Luc recommends the Grant Creative Cuisine Vortice Immersion Circulator for the following reasons:
- Very simple to use with only two buttons
- Excellent temperature stability +/- 0,05°C
- Can be used for any kind of cooking for tender and tasty results
- By cooking in a sous vide water bath, only steam is given off, so no smoke or annoying odours for the neighbourhood
